Communication: You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking. If you have not received either email after 24 hours please contact us at hello@thecurio.co. All communication will be made via email.
We rely on prompt communication in order to launch your website within two weeks. If you do not reply to emails within a 24-hour window, we obtain the right to reschedule the launch of your website.
Hosting Options: Annual hosting includes ongoing maintenance and access to support via The Curio Collective PLUS your first year free (billing will begin one year from your launch date). With monthly hosting, you’ll be placed on your own Flywheel account, will be responsible for maintenance and billing will begin on your launch date.
